The Learner Support Services Division at TSTC Marshall is dedicated to supporting the whole student in the learning process.
Our goal is to ensure student success by providing academic, emotional, and financial assistance through a variety of services:

- Financial Aid Loan Access Program (FLAP) Counseling
- Peer Tutoring
- Personal Counseling/Referral Service
