Meet the Trainers

Bob "Doc" Holiday has been a certified instructor with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation since 1979. He taught for the Air Force, started the program at LSU Shreveport, and now teaches with a Tyler based company and for TSTC Marshall.

Mr. Holiday says "If my count is correct I have owned 20 motorcycles over the years and now have 2 that I ride almost daily
1) an antique Harley Davidson Tour Glide (1980), and
2) a 2005 Kawasaki Nomad.

I truly enjoy teaching novice riders the skills to enjoy the sport of motorcycling."

Jon Andy Williams, a native of East Texas, has been riding motorcycles since 1965. He has ridden many models and sizes over the years due to some of the jobs he has held, but presently owns four motorcycles, three of which are antiques. His daily ride is an 1100 cc Yamaha V Star Classic. Andy shares his busy Riding Coach schedule with a company in Tyler.
