Housing Regulations

Housing regulations are available in the Housing office. Residents may move into their assigned apartments on the first day of regular registration only if advance rent and room deposits have been paid or satisfactory arrangements for rent payments have been made with the Coordinator of Residential Life. A lease agreement must also be signed at this time. Residents who cease to be TSTC Marshall students effectively terminate their lease and must vacate their apartment immediately. The unused portion of advance rent will be refunded following inspection by Housing Office staff and all room/mail keys and/or keycards have been returned.
