MEDCO Chairman Louis Brock was quoted in the Lone Star Eagle saying he is quite pleased with the ranking. "It's great that the world has finally found out what a great place this is to locate and do business," he said. "A lot of cooperation and hard work to market this area has paid dividends and people are finding out about this community and what it is all about." Board member T. D. "For industry, we have good quality labor and the facilities to screen and train labor," he said. According to the The Long Star Eagle article, Outlook serves the world's fasting growing companies and is published by the World Economic Development Alliance.
