1. THEA http://www.marshall.tstc.edu/welcome/thea.shtml testing is required. THEA scores must be passing or place student in the highest level of developmental coursework in all three areas (Math 200, Reading 200 and Writing 200)
2. Demonstrated electrical pole climbing ability using fall restraint
