OSHT 2374 Safety Engineering Principles (2-4-3) This course covers methods available to the safety and health professional to predict unsafe conditions and eliminate or reduce them at the design and construction stage and through the use of engineering controls. The methods of analysis, prioritization, and implementation of control measures for potentially hazardous situations in the workplace are also covered including industrial engineering. Prerequisite: OSHT 1209.
