The Strengthening Institutions planning process included preparing the new 2004-09 Strategic Plan Draft for review. According to Mittie Hutchins, Director of Institutional Effectiveness, the plan is a result of many hours of meetings and brainstorming sessions with Dr. Dabney Park, Consultant for TSTCM's Strengthening Institutions Planning Grant, faculty, staff, students, and business and industry leaders. The sessions helped develop a five-year comprehensive plan for the college. Photos below show the labor-intensive brainstorming sessions.
